Welcome to BRLC!

WINTER WARM-UPS!

Workout with 2011 Region II Lacrosse Coach of the Year and 2011 Jefferson District Lacrosse Coach of the Year, Eddie Ranuska and returning coach Adam Clary for the 2012  Blue Ridge Lacrosse Club Winter Warm-up!  This indoor program is open to boys (ages 5-14) and girls (ages 8-14) at the Lynchburg City Armory February 5, 12, 19 & 26.  Experienced players will be engaged in conditioning as part of the warm-up for spring play.  Additionally, focus on passing, catching, groundballs, dodges,  positional drills ("off-ball" movement for attack and mid-fielders, man 2 man vs. zone play for defense) and hand-eye drills for goalies.   New players will be taught fundamentals necessary for play and provided opportunities to learn and try each position.  $50 per player.

Registration Closes FEB. 5th for most teams.

All players for the 2012 Spring season are required to be current
 U. S. Lacrosse members to participate.  Please purchase your membership prior to starting the registration process at www.uslacrosse.org

New Age Requirements*

New age requirements have been issued by the U. S. Lacrosse Association for youth programs.  The new age cut-off of August 31st will be in effect for Spring league play.  Please visit their website for additional details.
